About Kisumai, trust me when I say even the fans here in Japan (like me) are at the edges of our seats waiting for a debut. Everytime Kitayama says he has something to tell fans, everyone is like, "Maybe this is it!" but then it's something like the photobook or the butai news. The jimusho is dragging it out to whet demand IMO. It seems to be building up to a debut since they keep getting work like with their own concerts & butais, have a photobook scheduled for October, and even have a random JE Shop item, a nail file.

Koichi's play Endless shock also appears to be heading for the USA, but perhaps you didn't get the news in time to cover it for this episode, anyways here is a link to the news story:

I will leave a comment about feel your breeze later.

that news was released on saturday and our news week only spans from the prior saturday to firday. it will be discussed this week. :)
08 07 10 (UTC) - Feel Your Breeze
Umm, yeah. Gokusen was the second drama I had watched, this introduced me to Feel Your Breeze (:
I'm not to knowledgeable about V6 or the specifics(?) of this PV, buuuuut,,,
This song gives me a light, happy feeling inside. I really love how the PV consists of scenes of the city they are in! The song in itself sounds like a summer breeze :D
Oh! and I like their dancing XD

My impression of Feel Your Breeze is mixed. I like it, because the song itself is relaxing. I don't like the PV, because it's a suicidal person's guide on the best places to jump... I understand that breeze = wind = high places, but come on already... I do wonder if V6 was scared of being so high up, but they all seem to be alive now, so its OKAY!
08 08 10 (UTC)
Well, I hope they didn't feel too much breeze, because it looked like one good gust of wind would blow some of those skinny boys right off their tower! But it seems that V6 can fly and perch on lamposts and buildings, so maybe they'd be all right...

Follow up to my own comment- Why weren't there any high school thug V6 members hanging around a Lawsons, or they could have worn pigtails and jerseys. You can't ignore the Gokusen tie-up! At the very least, there should have been a point where one or all got into a fight and got the tar kicked out of them.

I want to thank you, JEP Cast, for having this PV as a response topic, because although I have listened to this song on my iPod, I had never seen the actual PV before. When I did, all I could think was: "uwa!! V6 is so fresh and young here!" The PV had that same youthful, summer feel that reminds me of Arashi's Pika*nchi movie, and V6 standing on tall building reminded me of the Pika*nchi Double PV. It also had a 90s feel to it. In case can't tell, I'm a sucker for the "youthful, summery" look. This gave me a whole new perspective on V6, as a band, since I always considered them, as a "senpai group", and thus old (for a Johnny's), like SMAP, so I never really pay much attention to them. I also did a quick google search, and saw this to be theme song for the first Gokusen. No wonder it's so youthful!

Finally, seeing all the members standing on top of high places like lamp posts, streetlights, that pole above subway cars, and sitting on tall bridges... was that for real? Did they have green-screen back then, when they did this PV? Because was a bit scared for the members... it doesn't LOOK like CGI. When the guy was sitting on the window-sill, I wanted to shout, "DON'T JUMP!" I wish they had a making of for this PV, because I'd totally watch it, to see how they did that. But anyway, the member's places around the city seemed to put the city on display, which I liked. Kinda like a flavor of... whatever city it was. Tokyo?
